You may be eligible to submit a claim if you are an individual with a California telephone number who communicated with Serta or SSB between September 11, 2023, and July 9, 2025, on a line that may have been recorded without prior disclosure.

Claim Forms must be submitted online by 11:59 p.m. PST on January 7, 2027, or postmarked (if mailed) no later than January 7, 2027. Claims submitted after the deadline will be deemed untimely and may not be accepted.
Where can I find my login information?
If you received a Postcard Notice or Email Notice indicating that you are part of the Settlement Class, you will have a 10-character alphanumeric "Unique ID" and 4-digit "PIN". Your Unique ID and PIN is located at the bottom of the notice, immediately following the FAQs section and on the top left of the email that you received.
If you did not received a Postcard Notice/Email Notice or was accidentally deleted or torn or lost, please contact the Settlement Administrator at info@SertaCIPASettlement.com for assistance or complete and submit a Claim Form, available here, via mail.
